Every year, Sports Illustrated prints an NFL Season Preview issue. Every year, DIRECTV ran an insert in that issue promoting its exclusive franchise: NFL SUNDAY TICKET. This year we delivered creative for the biggest placement in Sports Illustrated history: 23 pages, featuring DIRECTV brand ambassadors Peyton and Eli Manning, Tony Romo, Andrew Luck and their “Cable Alter-Egos.” The campaign swept Promax Gold that year, winning top honors in each category it was submitted.
